We provide laundry services, including but not limited to wash & fold, dry cleaning, and pickup & delivery services. All services are subject to availability.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must ensure all garments are suitable for standard laundering and dry cleaning.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to check and empty pockets before handing over laundry.
  • Any special instructions must be provided in writing at the time of service request.

3. Payment & Pricing

  • All prices are listed on our website and are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed upon in advance.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and online payments.

4. Loss & Damage Policy

  • While we take the utmost care, Soap Club Queen is not responsible for damage caused by normal washing and dry cleaning processes.
  • We are not liable for lost or misplaced items unless negligence is proven.
  • Any claims for lost or damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of order delivery.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be canceled within a reasonable time before pickup.
  • Refunds are granted at our discretion and may be subject to service fees.

6. Pickup & Delivery

  • Customers must provide accurate pickup and delivery details.
  • Missed pickups or deliveries due to customer unavailability may result in additional charges.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We value your privacy and collect only necessary personal information to provide our services.
  • Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Soap Club Queen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our services.
